Investment Associate Job Description

Working on small teams, Prudential Capital Investment Associates have the opportunity to not only leverage their existing background and career experiences, but also build and apply a unique blend of skills. Instead of having Associates only involved in business development or underwriting, the Associate role at Prudential Capital requires you to develop a broad skill base in all aspects of deal-making.

Primary responsibilities for Investment Associates include:

  • Business Development/Transaction Origination
  • Transaction Analysis/Investment Recommendations
  • Investment Execution/Portfolio Management

New Investment Associates complete an intensive seven week in-house credit training program, which is designed to familiarize them with Prudential’s credit analysis framework, and provide the opportunity for new Associates to meet most everyone at Prudential Capital by spending time in the regional offices.
